What modifications do you have to the car(s)?

The list is quite long, I guess your standard bolt ons, supercharger, gt40 heads, b303 cam, systemax intake, lots more..

What mods to you have planned for the future?

I am done with it. Time to move on.

What was your original goal for the car(s)?

To have a best of show winner that runs 11.50’s and I drive everywhere.

What is your present goal for car(s)?
NoneTo sell it and save the money for a new toy down the road

What was your reason for buying the car(s)?

Always wanted a v8 mustang, had a probe, had an explorer, had a buick, never had a v8 sporty car (wouldn't really consider a mustang a sports car at least not in the GT trim)

What other cars have you considered buying/presently own?

300z, 3000GT VR4, Cobra, Viper, Corvette, Sky redline, the list can go on.

How did you find this car?
In the paper

What is your favorite thing about your car?
Was/Is my favorite color combo, black on black

What are some of your Car / Driver achievements?

I can drive the car

Shout outs to people that helped you achieve these goals?

My wife, my cousin Ned (couldn't have put it together without him, Don (u da man), bob l (very friendly guy, Jerry Bright (my biggest competition. not any more, you should have bought a cobra instead), Mr. Hack (I helped get him into these cars, too bad he isn't around here anymore, everything still good in Illinois?), and I can't forget my son Evan (2 and already trying to drive the car, he can put the key in the ignition and start the explorer) If you ever raced, your best 1/4 time? The first time I went down the track I did a 13.8 got off it too soon and ended up with a 88 mph speed. That was my best time to date (haven't raced much since, been trying to perfect the combo and get sticky tires)

What is your Best 1/4 time?
11.42 at 118

Do you have any regrets along the way?
Not finishing the car before I got married.

What was or is your favorite vehicle to this day and why?
My 95 probe, it seemed like it was more agile than the mustang (probably because it was lighter).

What other things do you enjoy besides cars?
Going to hockey games, watching my son grow, playing warcraft III on my laptop, learning as much as I can about as much as I can. One day when my son gets older we may venture into rc cars or boats, maybe even trains.

What upcoming events in 2007 do you plan on attending, if any?
Currently there are no plans but they may change, if my wife wants to go.

How did you find SSOTN?
Matt DeCillis's car was in 5.0, decided to check it out being that we had similar mods

I heard you are expecting your first child, are you nervous?
Met Jimmy Biggs a few years ago.  We just had the same ideas and visions.

What do you enjoy most about YWN?
2nd child....no more nervous than the first I suppose. On Evan's 3rd birthday I may get him some platform shoes so he can reach the pedals, right now at 2 1/2 he is 50 pounds and 38 inches tall. If the next one comes out with a beard and a cigar in hand I wouldn't be surprised, Evan came out at 10.2 pounds 22 inches long.

Congrats to Eric Civick for being the SSOTN Featured Member for October 2007.
