What mods to you have planned for the future?

I'm at the limits of the stock block, so a Boss 347 shortblock is probably in the future.

What was your original goal for the car(s)?

Drive the car to the track air the tires down, run 10's, and drive it home.

What is your present goal for car(s)?
Picked up over 40rwhp by adding meth inj and upping the boost.  So hopefully 10.50s

What was your reason for buying the car(s)?

I had an 86 Saleen replica and wrecked it.  I was looking for a replacement and this car already had a 285hp GT40 motor w/ 100 shot on it.  She needed paint but the price was right so I picked her up.

What other cars have you considered buying?
1968 Roadrunner, 03/04 Cobra

How did you find this car?
NE Philly had a big street racing scene at the time.  I bought it from a local racer's son (MA'S GN) Scott who was looking to move to a Big Block Chevy car at the time.

What is your favorite thing about your car?
I guess I'd have to say that they have always been clean looking, relatively fast, streetable stick cars.

Shout outs to people that helped you achieve these goals?

I definately would like to thank everyone down at Rhodes Custom Auto who has worked on the car or helped out, especially Spence Hart for helping me get the car setup so I could accomplish my goal of getting the car to run 10's with such a small DOT tire.  He's a great friend and always makes himself available so I can pick his brain.  Rich Smith (Fast88) for lending me the floor jack at the Nats the day I broke into the 10's. Thought I blew up my clutch and my day was done but ended up being a minor issue.  John (3tenths) for offering his advice and by doing so letting me know what not to do, lol. Seriously, he's helped me wrench on the car a few times and it's appreciated.  Lastly, my wife for putting up with the hobby for so long.

What is your Best 1/4 time?
10.78@130

Do you have any regrets along the way?
Not buying an old Mopar when I was younger and they were affordable.

What was or is your favorite vehicle to this day and why?
My 86 Saleen copy.  I loved that car and have had a lot of good times in it.

What other things do you enjoy besides cars?
Playing goaltender on a beer league ice hockey team, playing guitar and mountain biking

What upcoming events in 2008 do you plan on attending, if any?
The Spring and Fall Nats,  maybe a couple street car shootout races now that I picked up a trailer.

How did you find SSOTN?
Spence Hart turned me on to the site.

What do you enjoy most about the Nats?
Hanging out and meeting new people from the site. Watching other people pursue and achieve their goals.

Do you have a favorite movie?
Old School.

What type of music do you listen to?
Heavy Metal (Sabbath, Maiden, etc).

What is your favorite food and beverage?
Chimay, Beamish, Guinness for the beers.  Anything hot and spicy for the food.  (Excluding Indian food).
