Original Goal for car Beat you on the street
Present Goal for Car Learn how to drive it to it's potential- read: 10's
Reason for buying car My buddy had a 89 5.0 lx in high school and i thought it was the fastest thing with wheels!!!! I was hooked....In retrospect it had 5 spd, exhaust and bumped timing, probably ran low 14's.......
Other cars you considered buying: NONE
Car / Driver achievements Blowing up my 1st blower car in 3 months!!!!!
Shout outs or people that helped you achieve these goals My buddy Lance, Sarah (she owns half the parts on the car), Adam D, Glenn S, Eric B, Matt D, Wimp, Spence H, Jeff N, and EVERYONE else on SSOTN!!!!!! You guys rule.....
Best time 12.9 @ 116 w/ 2.2 60ft
Do you have any regrets along the way? Yes. I regret taking my car to Colorado to rebuild
What was or is your favorite vehicle to this day and why? I gotta go with an 89 Coupe. For the money, you just cant beat the power/speed. You can spend $4 or 5 grand and have a pretty fast car.
What do you do for enjoyment besides racing? I write/record music at my studio. Music is really my 1st love. Producing is what i like. Sitting behind the board making things happen, that's where i feel the best.....
What was your main reason was for becoming a part of the internets first and best mustang club? I saw a little article in MM&FF and decided to check it out. I was a little scared as I had previous bad experiences on the Corral years ago. But right after I registered I got a email from Adam. He had never even met me, just saw i was a new member, and we began chatting. Thats why i love this place. Everyone is so cool. SSOTN rules!!!!!!!!
Who is your biggest rival on the track, and why? Whoever is next to me. (yeah you grandma!!!!!)
What upcoming events do you plan on racing in if any? My 1st goal is to go to an SSOTN event. Whatever it takes. I was also thinking of having my ass handed to me in FFW, at Firebird Raceway Nov 22-23.
Being as we both seem to have the longest down time in SSOTN history, who's car will make it onto a track first yours or mine (Wimp's)?? HAHAHAHA!!!! I still remember the date i won the race, but lost the battle LOL.....7/6/01. Thats almost 1 1/2 yrs!!!! Well Wimp i am going next weekend to trailor my car back. Then i need a little time to make sure it's safe. Then it's dyno/track time baby!!!!!!
We thank you for your time, and wish you the best in whatever you decide to do in the future.
Congrats to Miles Graci for being the SSOTN Featured Member for January 2003.
